Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, we only sell 100% authentic, original perfumes!

 

Do you Ship to Mexico?

Yes! Gold Palace ships to Mexico.

Shipping details for Mexico orders:

  • Processing fee: $8 per order

  • Per-item fee: $5 per item

  • Sales tax: No sales tax on Mexico orders

  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days

  • Tracking: Your tracking number will be available 3–4 days after your order ships

  • Note: If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us.

  • Shipment Guarantee: If for any unforeseen circumstances, your order does not arrive in Mexico, Gold Palace is responsible for refunding your order.

Do you Ship to The United States?

Yes! Gold Palace ships nationwide across the continental U.S.

Shipping details for U.S. orders:

  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours after ordering

  • Tracking: Tracking number provided at the time of purchase

  • Sales tax: Charged only on orders shipped within Texas (no tax outside Texas)

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Payment: Your card is only charged once your order ships

  • Note: If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us.

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you finish your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Orders are typically delivered in 7–10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact us so we can assist you.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. For Mexico orders, a tracking number will be provided 3 to 4 days after ordering.

For U.S. orders, a tracking number will be provided after checkout.

If more than 10 business days have passed without receiving your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

 

When will my card be charged?

You will only be charged once your order has been shipped (fulfilled), not at the time of placing your order. However, please note that your card provider may place an authorization hold for the purchase amount at the time of checkout.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax? 

Orders shipped within Texas are subject to sales tax.

Orders shipped out of state (within the U.S.) or to Mexico are not charged sales tax.

All charges, including shipping and any tax, will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

Do you offer wholesale or large order pricing?

Wholesale or large-order pricing is currently not available on our website.

 

Can I return my items for a refund?

Yes! Gold Palace accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that all approved returns are refunded at 80% of the original purchase price per item due to a 20% restocking fee. Used or opened items, as well as items purchased more than 30 days ago, are not eligible for return or refund.

We operate as a volume-based wholesale store, which allows us to offer competitive pricing to our customers.


Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our retail location is 317 S Main St, McAllen, Texas. Our operating hours are:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mondays to Saturdays
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sundays

 

Do you offer manifiestos?

No, we do not provide manifiestos or similar documentation.
