We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us (956-998-3263) before sending your item back.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Refunds are issued for the product price only, minus any applicable restocking fee, once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or refund.
