Gold Palace accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that all approved returns are refunded at 80% of the original purchase price per item due to a 20% restocking fee. Used or opened items, as well as items purchased more than 30 days ago, are not eligible for return or refund.
To make a return, simply send the product back in its original packaging to the address below. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within one billing cycle after we receive your return.
