Shipping details for U.S. orders:
- Processing time: 24 - 48 hours after ordering
- Transit time: 3 – 8 business days
- Tracking: Tracking number will be emailed after the shipping label has been created (24 - 48 hours after ordering)
- Sales tax: Charged only on orders shipped within Texas (no tax outside Texas)
- Shipping cost: $7.95 Flat Rate. FREE Shipping on all orders $100+
- Payment: Your card is only charged once your order ships

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us (956-998-3263) before sending your item back.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Refunds are issued for the product price only, minus any applicable restocking fee, once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or refund.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once you finish your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Orders are typically delivered in 7–10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact us so we can assist you.
